1. The place was strategic since nearby to 99 speedmart and 10 minutes from Aeon Manjung/Lumut jetty terminal/ teluk batik 2. At morning there's 3 stall selling breakfast. 3. The aircond was cold. Room was clean. 4. During nighttime it is very quite. 5. Staff was friendly 6. Easy check in and check out.

Although there are no breakfast provided, this hotel surroundings with good and nice food. Location is near to my work place and aeon shopping.

direct acces to main road. few step away from KK mart, mamak stall, banks. just few minute drive to McD, petrol pump etc.

Nothing problem with the hotel only too noisy at night due motor & car race.. It's too noisy

Almost everything meets my expectations. They serve basic needs like coffee, mineral water, towel, toiletries etc..water flow for shower is excellent..easily get food and other needs from various shops nearby..
